InfraTec mobileIR M8 is a small and lightweight radiometric thermographic camera, convenient usable like a mobile phone. Due to the ergonomic design and an optimal control arrangement the camera is very easy to operate via 2 buttons and the joystick.

 

Robust Thermographic Camera

 

InfraTec mobileIR E4 is a low-priced, efficient and completely equipped thermographic camera. This robust and very handy high-tech system convinces with its intuitively learnable handling and user-friendly single hand operation.

 

Mobile, Miniature Thermographic Camera

 

The small and lightweight InfraTec mobileIR M4 is the easy and cost-efficient start into thermography. The thermographic camera is based on an uncooled microbolometer FPA detector with 160 x 120 pixels and perfectly suited for common measurement tasks.

 

The World's Smallest Infrared Camera

 

The InfraTec mobileIR M3 offers the ideal start into thermography. It provides an unrivalled scope of delivery and is one of the smallest, lightest and easy-to- handle cameras in this market segment. 

 

The product line VarioCAM® high resolution stands for high-performance thermographic cameras based on state-of-the-art uncooled microbolometer FPA detectors from (320 x 240) up to (1,280 x 960) infrared pixels.

Product features
State-of-art detector technology

The FPA photon detectors with highest detectivities (InSb, MCT, QWIP) provide an extremly high thermal resolution with NETDs < 25 mK @ 30 °C at high frame rates.The thermographic systems of the ImageIR® series are offered with various detector arrays for the infrared spectral ranges SWIR, MWIR and LWIR and in different sizes with (320 x 256) or (640 x 512) pixels.

Versatile applications

For analysing very fast thermal processes, frame rates up to 250 Hz (full frame mode), 3,000 Hz (quart frame mode) and 10 kHz (line mode), respectively, can be realised operating with integration times from 1 µs to 10 ms. The camera can be externally initiated to synchronise it with rotating units or sophisticated procedures. High-quality infrared lenses allow an adaptation to different object dimensions and operating distances. The system can be completely operated by remote control and is delivered ready-to-operate with a high-performance PC including digital frame grabber and special software. The encapsulation of the robust housing allows the use in industrial environments.

Software

The 32 bit software suite IRBIS® 3, suitable for Windows 2000/XP/Vista, is a powerful tool for thermographic measurement evaluations. Developed by InfraTec, the software is available in different versions including routines for both on-line and off-line analysis. IRBIS® real-time data acquisition and thermographic data evaluation tools can easily realise customised high-end thermographic solutions for various measurement tasks and application fields.

Rugged Camera Series for Stationary Applications

With its compact robust housing (IP 65 conform) the radiometric uncooled thermographic camera series VarioCAM® hr head is especially suited for thermographic measurements in industrial environments.

Infrared Thermography Camera for online Applications

The radiometerised thermographic system PIR uc 180 can be used for universal application. Thanks to its low weight and extremely small low weight metal housing (IP 65) installations can also be implemented hassle-free and at reasonable cost in rugged industrial conditions. 

Uncooled Thermography System for Industrial Use

The solid infrared camera module PIR uc with a high resolution, uncooled FPA-sensor in a compact IP 65 metal housing is designed for stable, universal and constant operations in all industries.  

 

 

Binocular thermal imaging system VarioVIEW

The newly developed binocular thermal imaging system VarioVIEWTM made by the German manufacturer JENOPTIK Laser, Optik, Systeme GmbH combines a high resolution infrared imager with an eye-safe laser range finder (LRF). PV-LIT - Automated Testing Solution for Solar Cells

Solar cells can be tested in a non-contact way and shortest time possible using light-modulated lock-in thermography (PV-LIT) within the production process. A periodically modulated lightning of the solar cell results in a local warming of the damages (shunts) which are detected using a powerful thermographic camera integrated into a lock-in thermographic solution.

IROD - Automatic Thermographic Monitoring System

IROD is an infrared monitoring system for the surveillance of safety areas and open-air grounds, especially at night or under bad visual conditions.
