URACA’s diaphragm process pumps provide a major contribution to the safe handling of hazardous, toxic and difficult liquids. State-of-the-art design features ensure zero-leakage handling of toxic, explosive, corrosive, malodorous or environment harming liquids.
Due to the linear characteristic of the plunger pump performance curve, an exact metering of the flow rate can be achieved without impact on pressure. Like all URACA pumps, diaphragm pumps are also characterized by high efficiency. So the low energy consumption results in low running costs.
URACA diaphragm pumps offer significant advantages: high operational safety, economic efficiency, reliability, compactness and driver flexibility. Due to the T-form head arrangement, URACA diaphragm pumps have smaller foot prints compared to the common head arrangement in parallel.
