HeiMotion - Servo Systems
Our "HeiMotion" program comprises a range of eight highly efficient servo motors and two families of servo controllers, best suited to go with the HeiMotion motors and well equipped with different functionalities. Depending on the customer's application, the motor can be picked from either the Low Inertia or the Middle Inertia series, each series offering a choice of 4 motor types. The matching servo control may be chosen from the two controller families HCB and HCE. |

HeiServo - Servo motor program
High power density placed inside smallest space - this was our motto for the development of our servo motor range HeiServo. This motto led to the design of a servo motor program comprising four motors, available with two power stages each. Typical characteristics for our HeiServo motors are their minimized moments of inertia and their optimized efficiency. They also stand out by their extremely compact design. |

HeiDrive - EC-Integrated
Dynamic - compact - positioning! All these key words apply to our motor range EC-Integrated. The so-called EC-I drives complement our well-known gear motor program HeiDrive in the field of decentralized drive solutions. Core of these motors is an integrated 4-Q control and a built-in encoder: they allow the motor to take over highly demanding positioning tasks. The EC-I motors are being combined with helical or helical bevel gears from our HeiDrive program. |

EC motors up to 300 W
Our EC motors feature an extremely high life-span, are robust and maintenance-free since - apart from the bearing system - they do not dispose of any mechanical wear parts. The motors are highly efficient (up to a level of approx. 80%) and have an excellent power capability. Due to low moments of inertia and a high start torque the motors have a very good dynamic response. |

DC motors up to 500W
Heidolph DC motors are compact and robust. Field loss is eliminated since field excitation of the motors is achieved by the use of permanent magnets achieving a high efficiency. The motors have an excellent dynamic response due to small mass moments of inertia. |

Capacitor motors up to 550 W
Regarding design and layout, our capacitor motors correspond to our three-phase motors. They are being used for operation at the single-phase mains supply. Operation of the motors requires a capacitor that is delivered unmounted together with the motor. To reduce the noise level, the motors dispose of 4 poles; on request, they can also be delivered with different pole numbers. |

Three-phase motors up to 550 W
Heidolph three-phase motors are asynchronous squirrel cage motors with delta or star connection. They are characterised by a high start torque which is considerable higher than the nominal torque. The three-phase motors run smoothly and quietly, are robust, maintenance-free and feature a long life-span. |

Shaded pole motors up to 30 W
Heidolph shaded pole motors are asynchronous squirrelcage motors for connection to a single-phase accurrent. Their simple, robust and maintenance-free design makes them universally usable drive elements. Furthermore, they are characterized by excellent reliability, long operating life and no need for maintenance. Electronic speed control, motor brakes, gears and cooling vanes make shaded pole motors even more versatile. |

Powder coating
We own a powder coating facility which can be used for giving a special surface to your apparatus or device.
Powder coating is a method for the refinement of metallic surfaces. It is an environmental-friendly alternative to conventional coating. During the electrostatic powder coating process, oppositely charged particles of the coating powder and the workpiece being coated are adducted to one another. The fusion of the powder particles takes place inside a drying furnace at temperatures of 160-200°C. In general, our powder coating facility can be used for workpieces made of steel, stainless steel, aluminium or founding (alloy of the cited metals). Workpieces may have up to 25 kg max. Customers have the choice between all RAL colours and many special colours.
